Questions below derived from Dreem research, and have been designed to help you understand the relative resilience of your EE.

Rating on a likert scale where:

1 = Completely disagree
2 = Somewhat disagree
3 = Neither agree nor disagree
4 = Somewhat agree
5 = Completely agree.
